My process

Five simple steps

Keeping things simple is at the heart of everything I do.

At a glance

  1. 1

    Discover

    We talk

  2. 2

    Design

    A clear blueprint

  3. 3

    Prototype

    See it working

Free demo, usually within a week

  4. 4

    Build

    Launch it

  5. 5

    Grow

    Evolve together

Nothing to commit to until you’ve tried the demo. When we build the real thing, you own it.

  1. Step One

    Discover

We begin with a few relaxed conversations.

No pressure. No sales pitch. No complicated terminology.

I spend time learning about your business, your customers, your goals, your frustrations and your values.

Most importantly, I want to understand what makes your business unique.

Every successful technology solution begins with understanding people.

  2. Step Two

    Design

Once I understand your business, I create a practical technology blueprint.

This isn't a 200-page document filled with diagrams. It's a clear roadmap showing how technology can help your business become more efficient, attract more customers and save valuable time.

Sometimes that's a website. Sometimes an online booking system. Sometimes customer management software, automation, or an internal business platform.

Sometimes it's all of those working together.

The solution is designed around your business — not the other way around.

  3. Step Three

    Prototype

This is where things become exciting.

Instead of asking you to imagine what your new platform could look like, I build a working demo. Usually within a week. Completely free.

You'll be able to click through it. Experience it. Use it. Share it with colleagues. Give feedback.

To be straight with you: the prototype is a demo, not the finished article. It lives on my system, it isn't set up for real customers or real customer data, and it stays my property until we agree a paid build. Its job is to let you see and feel your idea before you spend anything.

When you decide to go ahead, that's when the real thing gets built — and the finished website or tool is yours. You own the code and the content. Hosting and your domain are set up in your business's name, so they stay yours too; I'll get it all working and can help look after it.

You'll know exactly what you're getting before making any commitment.

No guesswork. No surprises. No expensive mistakes.

  4. Step Four

    Build

If you love the prototype, we'll create a plan together.

We'll prioritise what's most important and focus on features that deliver the greatest value first.

    We'll avoid unnecessary complexity.

We'll build something practical. Something affordable. Something your team actually enjoys using.

  5. Step Five

    Grow

Technology shouldn't stand still. Neither should your business.

As your business grows, your platform grows with it. Perhaps online payments, customer portals, appointments, memberships, mobile apps, artificial intelligence, automation or reporting dashboards.

We'll continue improving your platform over time, ensuring it evolves alongside your business and keeps you ahead of changing customer expectations and market trends.

Enterprise thinking without enterprise costs

The same methods used by large corporations shouldn’t be reserved for companies with huge budgets.

Small businesses deserve thoughtful planning, user-focused design and scalable technology too.

By using rapid prototyping, modern development tools and practical delivery methods, I can create solutions in days rather than months, giving you the confidence to invest only in something you’ve already seen and tested.

Let’s build something together

You know your business better than anyone.

I know how to turn business challenges into practical digital solutions.

Let’s build something simple. Something useful. Something that grows with your business.
